The team facilitation practice is led by Clare Southall who has a particular specialism in developing Challenger teams so that they can work creatively with uncertainty and disagreement.
The strategy practice is led by Asher Rickayzen. Asher has a particular interest in bringing organisational strategy to life and ensuring that strategy and culture are aligned.
