Sally Bogle

Sally developed her skills in team and group interventions and individual coaching through her 9 years in the HR and Learning & Development team at the UNITE Group plc. During this period she gained experience of working with very different client groups from Manufacturing and Property Development through to Hospitality and support teams such as Finance and PR. She was instrumental in developing the use of action learning at UNITE, which has proved particularly successful in developing senior leaders across the Group. She spent the last 2 years before ‘going it alone’ as Learning & Development Director.

Sally has several years' experience of coaching at senior levels, having worked particularly successfully with those preparing to move into the most senior positions and those who have recently made that transition. She has an MSc in Coaching & Development and has broadened her understanding of group dynamics and relations through a year’s study with the Institute of Group Analysis. She has used MBTI extensively with individuals and teams.

With a very strong belief in human potential, both individual and collective, Sally enjoys being and helping others to be creative in thought and action and stretching the boundaries of possibility for herself and others.

Sally lives on the top of a hill in Bristol with her husband and daughter and enjoys thinking, reading, being in the countryside and 'pottering
