A respected OD practitioner, executive coach, and innovative thinker, Neil has successfully worked with leaders at all levels for 20 years.
He has demonstrated value in helping senior leaders develop themselves, their teams, and their organisations as they navigate through complex, large-scale change. His consulting and leadership development experience spans five continents and a wide range of businesses and sectors – from Architecture, R&D, Consumer Healthcare, and Cruise Lines, to Offshore Oil Production, Government, and Education. He has also held senior Organisational Development positions in BP.
He completed an advanced degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University where he is now an adjunct faculty member.
