Mark has more than 20 years experience of working within the pharmaceuticals industry in a wide range of functions including IT, HR, Training and Development and Project Management, across Manufacturing, Research & Development and Sales & Marketing organisations
His most recent position, before branching out on his own was in Organisation and People Development within GlaxoSmithKline, where he worked with senior leadership teams from within Marketing, Finance, IT and Sales. During this time he led the design and delivery of the UK Pharmaceuticals Leadership – “The Next Generation” Programme, acted as an executive coach for leaders across the UK business and developed and delivered highly successful team interventions
Mark’s open and honest approach and high level of natural curiosity about his clients and himself combined with a genuine concern for the welfare and growth of others, means that he is able to build meaningful relationships with people quickly.
