Karen Foster
Karen began working with Relume in 2001 and is responsible for managing day to day operations.
With more than 20 years experience of working with small consultancy businesses both in the UK and in Germany, Karen has developed a particular skill for managing global learning and development programmes, building relationships and connections fast and always over delivering on the promises Relume makes to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
Educated in Belgium and raised in Germany, Karen speaks French and German and is currently learning Spanish.
A professional food photographer with many sales and exhibitions under her belt, Karen spends much of her free time developing and promoting her work.
