Karen began working with Relume 7 years ago and is responsible for managing day to day operations

With more than 20 years experience of working with small consultancy businesses both in the UK and in Germany, Karen has developed a particular skill for managing global learning and development programmes

She builds relationships and connections fast and always over delivers on the promises Relume makes to ensure projects are on time and within budget

Married with two adult children, Karen lives with Steve, their Cat 'Mandu' and young pup 'Floyd'

She speaks French and German and is currently learning Spanish

A professional photographer with many exhibitions under her belt, Karen spends much of her free time developing and promoting her work
