After 11 years line management experience in organisations such as Rank Xerox, Albright & Wilson and KPMG, Jeremy became a consultant with KPMG in 1992 focusing on business transformation and change leadership including leading and supporting the leaders of multi-million pound transformation programmes
He formed his own independent consultancy in 1995 and over the years has shifted his work towards change capability and resilience, team & leadership development, process consultation and executive coaching. Jeremy has been associated with us since before we formed Relume, more formally working with us since 2002
He has worked across a variety of industry sectors, including media & publishing, manufacturing, financial and professional services and telecoms
Jeremy founded and is currently building the not-for-profit developmental organisation, Sadler Heath. He has an energy for developing new ways of consulting to teams and individuals
Jeremy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
He is accredited to run MBTI and DISC assessments and workshops and is a specialist in Appreciative Inquiry
