Jennifer Cramb
For some years now, Jennifer has been coaching and developing executives, high potential individuals and teams in blue chip organisations. She helps her clients to flourish and realise their full potential, enabling them to improve their own and their teams’ effectiveness, to generate solutions to challenges and thus creating a positive impact on their performance in the business. She combines constructive challenge with a calm, thoughtful, and highly supportive presence.
Early in her career, Jennifer spent some years as Head of Organisation Development at Railtrack plc, and as Chief of Staff to KPMG’s international Chairman, Lord Sharman of Redlynch where she worked on the firm’s International strategy.
Jennifer has a BA Hons Eng Lang & Literature and an MBA from Cranfield. She has published a number of articles on leadership and change.
