Jackie' backgroun lies within the energy and financial services businesses. Her work within these organisations took her through a wide spectrum of marketing, customer service, technical and HR roles at both operational and senior/strategic levels.
In addition to a diploma in counselling, Jackie has a wealth of practical experience in Transactional Analysis, Coaching, Mentoring and NLP and 15+ years experience of personality profiling and psychometric tools as an accredited user.
Currently inspired by an interest in Eastern Philosophy, Jackie is exploring the connectivity of some of these concepts to leaders in organisations.
