Clarissa Bellstedt

A highly experienced executive coach and HR strategy consultant, Clarissa lives in Asia and her work takes her to Europe, USA, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Clarissa has more than 20 years' experience of consulting. Her coaching clients are mainly senior executives at the regional CEO, Managing Director and Director level and high potential professionals. 

During her 13 years with BASF, the world’s largest chemical company, Clarissa held a variety of managerial positions within the human resources and training functions, including four years stationed in Shanghai in a senior regional role. Clarissa was also a Senior Consultant with AchieveGlobal for several years, where she developed learning solutions for major clients in Asia to align activities of the organization with the business strategy.

Clarissa’s areas of expertise range from business strategy, sales management, human
resources management, and organizational effectiveness to change management, leadership and many aspects of communication. 
 
Clarissa is particularly experienced in  cross-cultural diversity and the effects on organizations; transition processes, change management, leadership and sales management.
