Asher Rickayzen

During his career Asher has worked in a number of different organisations from start ups to long established businesses, both in line and consulting roles. These have included BT, British Rail and Express Dairies as well as local government. He has worked in a variety of functions and in both technology-centric and commercial roles. Most recently, Asher was a member of the executive team at T-Mobile where he was responsible for strategy execution.

Asher was part of the management team that launched One2One (the first digital mobile phone operator in the UK), which was instrumental in creating a new consumer market through innovative pricing and branding. His deep experience of Telecoms has taught him many lessons in speed and competition, which are equally applicable to other markets.

He has a passion for finding ways of making strategy come to life in the real world of complex organisations and imperfect environments. He is committed to the belief that organisations only flourish where people are truly engaged in a common vision and has worked with many different companies to engender this.

Asher is a trained personal coach with experience in Telecoms and Financial Services FTSE 100 organisations; he has a very practical and creative approach to his work, which his clients enjoy. He is a guest lecturer on the Executive MBA programme at Cass Business School in London where he loves to debate and learn from the students from across the world. He is also studying at Ashridge Business School where he is completing an MSc in Organisational Consulting.
